Can recommend for a quick layover

Comfortable studio, peaceful outdoor area, with a clean swimming pool that provided a refreshing escape after a day of exploring, and free Wi-Fi in rooms made it easier to share our adventures.

The well-maintained garden area provided a lovely ambiance, and the on-site café's local fish was a highlight, showcasing the region's flavors. The apartment cleanliness left much to be desired, dirt lingered in corners, and the balcony was neglected. Compounding the issues, communication regarding booked services was unnecessarily chaotic, requiring repeated clarifications that detracted from the overall experience. Despite the friendly staff, the furnishings were in disrepair and poorly maintained, ultimately diminishing value for the price.

Staff were just so lekker, always keen to help and had great tips for food and outings. The apartment was super clean and well laid out, with a nice view of the pool! Plus, the bike rentals were an awesome way to explore the area!

Only downside was that the beds weren't the comfiest, a bit on the hard side.

Would stay there again! From my room I could see the pool. Spiaggia di Baia Saraceno was easily accessible within a 10-minute stroll. It is next to the airport...

For us it was ideal.

All the staff was very-very nice and outstandingly accommodating and we had an early check in. We had a double room with big bed.

Had very nice stay for another vacation here, the stuff where very amiable, location was EXCEPTIONALLY NICE in a beautiful garden which is very well tended by a very friendly gardener.

Facilities were good, though Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Had an awesome group vacation! We loved exploring the long seafront promenade and relaxing at the outdoor cinema. The studio apartment suited us well, and the location was perfect for beach access. Don't forget to use the free bikes-they really enhance your stay!

The only downside was having to pay extra for towels, which seemed a bit unnecessary.

I suggest it for eveyone it's so close to the beach just a quick walk away from the center, eveyone is so nice and willing to help make your stay as pleasent as possible.

We were really disappointed by the cold welcome and extremely unpleasant staff and would defenitely not recommend this place if you want to have relaxing hollidays. Shower and lavabo were blocked and water couldn't flow, toilet was dirty and had a broken top, another towel holder was broken and when it's windy (happens a lot in Sardigna) the outside roof plastic covering creates such a noise that we couldn't sleep at night.

Loved the outdoor swimming pool! 🏊‍♀️ It was always clean, perfect for unwinding after exploring. The apartment was decent, but Wi-Fi was limited which was a bit annoying.

It was close to the Palau village.

The kitchen equipment were poor and some were broken. The bed was so hard so it was hard to sleep. You have to clean the kitchen and you also have to pay 40 € extra (not included in the begining price) for the cleaning of the room

The swimming pool area is relaxing and well-kept. The kitchen equipment is very limited.

I liked it above all the position because it is near the center of the village, there is also a beautiful pine forest in front of the residence and the staff is very friendly and kind. We will be back soon and recommend it to our friends.

Just a reliable pick for a weekend getaway in Palau with best value for money ratio. The morning croissants in the café were very tasty and a great way to start the day. Make sure to check the cleanliness of your apartment upon arrival.
